OMFG I'm a Cartoon!

I had been admiring (Read: STALKING) Hexelot's Instragram for a while before I sent her a little nudge of encouragement. Sometimes (most times) making art is a lonely act, and even though this rad artist has an enviable amount of followers, I think it's always good to reach out and show some support.

Well, my heart did backflips when this fab artist replied back that she dug my band and had been wanting to make a Crushers doodle for a while. WHAT? How could this be?

I couldn't believe it...Really, this just goes to show, sometimes YOU think your art goes out into some crazy vacuum and no one ever sees or hears it. Although it feels that way much of the time, this can't possibly be true. Music has a way of flowing to the folks who want to hear it. Your people are out there, listening, and waiting!
